As flimsy as the old Govinda Coolie No. 1 because the director is same who just likes to make an entertainer - no heavy stuff, not too dramatical or tragical. This one's very much on the likes of David Dhawan's movie-making. I used to definitely like his 1990s flicks with Govinda. And this one with his son in the lead role, I could not let it pass by. Total time pass. Not too hilarious nor too boring. Dialog is witty.
